Stephanie Segers works individually with students to be able to carry through the basic Alexander principles into their particular areas of interest.

These areas may include playing an instrument, performing, working comfortably at a computer, or developing a simpler and more comfortable approach to whatever is challenging them.

The Alexander Technique is also useful for freeing the breath and developing vocal support, preventing stage fright, and addressing jaw tension, TMJ, and other overuse injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome.
